Refunds & disputes

All projects begin with a written proposal and scope of work. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins. If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the deposit is retained and any additional work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced. If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss revisions. Refunds are not issued for completed and approved work.

Cancellations

You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing. Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed at our standard hourly rate or prorated from the project fee, whichever is greater. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at our hourly rate.
